Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused wooden toys in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned playset, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
